I have to laugh. I wrote a hot spanking story specifically for Black Lace books, sent it off, only to learn they weren't into that gig anymore. I extended this story, (OK, partially extended it before it became stuck in my dead computer) and now I see the opportunity has come around again where I could send it in for xcite, but I'd have to shrink it considerably. lol. YoYo.
I think I'll start a new story.

I would like to congratulate Adam on his new post and Miranda on her new role. As usual when a imprint has a change of editor there has been some anxiety from established xcite authors (see Yahoo) as to whether Adam will place the same emphasis and importance as Miranda. Miranda has stated that the xcite ethos will not change. Still, a new editor often means a change of approach or, at least, style. Do not fear, fellow authors. I for one am particularly indebted to Adam. I sent him my first work…

Hazel Cushion, MD of Accent Press, announces the appointment of Adam Nevill as Erotica Editor to manage and commission the growing Xcite Books erotica range. Until June 2009 Nevill was editor of the market-leading Black Lace and Nexus imprints, published by Virgin Books. Xcite Books was launched in 2007 and has since rapidly gained market share. “Bringing this level of expertise into the list is an exciting move for us and will help position us to lead the mainstream erotica market,” said Hazel.…

Having only been writing erotica for a few months so far I have only managed to complete 7 short tales, yet I would eventually like to be able to make my tales both longer and even better but i'm not quite sure where to get the best advice as there seems to be a lack of really useful sites for erotic writers. Does anybody know of any sites where I could get some excellent hints and tips?

Having seen this site advertised, and being an aspiring writer of erotic fiction, I joined hoping that here I would find plenty of like-minded individuals and maybe even become a much better writer. So far I have written a handful of short erotic tales but have never known what to do with them, or if there was even a place for me to show them. Maybe that place is here.

Hi everyone,
It's good to be here on xcite books. I would love to share some free stuff with you guys, so go to the website www.leshansom.com and read my free stories.
Anyway the site is now up and running and there's a little for everyone i hope; www.LesHansom.com. In my blog I address the ongoing debate about whether erotic fiction is literature. "Literature" has been raised to a level of absolute ridiculousness by stuffy old farts in tweed jackets for too many years and it's time this was s…

I've updated my blog quite a bit lately. Head on over and read about the great new toy I've found - plush microbes!! I want the ebola and flesh eating plush microbes. They're so cute, too, with little eyes and even a bow on the egg microbe.
Check out the Playboy fake commercial that is an homage to the homo-erotic Quiznos commercials (You know the
ones - "Put it in me, Scott". Those ones!). I also have several sex toys reviews up for your enjoyment.
Hang out and have a good time!…

I am so sorry I've neglected my Xcite page. A lot has changed in my life, and all of it is good.
Since the UK pop culture e-zine Nuts4chic has shut down, I now have a new sex writing gig. I write sex articles for Sex Is, an e-zine published by the sex toys web site EdenFantasys. I'm currently working on an article about erectile dysfunction. It's going to be a fine article, too. Once it's up and my regular writing gig is underway, I'll post links.
Sadly, Forbidden Publications folded the day o…

Steve sat in a chair by the bed and watched his wife with the stranger she had picked up while they were shooting pool in the bar. He loved watching her…Her brunette hair cascaded down her shoulders as she kneeled in front of the stranger. She tossed her hair to one side, and slowly the button at the top of his jeans…she looked up at the stranger and smiled knowingly…With her left hand she rubbed the bulge in his pants…Steve knew that having him watch her added to her excitement.
Steve liked it…

Good morning boys and girls I hope we have had a delisciously super easter break! As a new fellow entrant to Miranda's great little site for those of us with a more literary kink I would like to ask people opinions on adverbs, he said expectantly.. ;)
I would be greatful as a lusty and keen novice to try my hand at such naughty tales but would like some feedback from you wonderful folk who have achieved some if not total publishing success?
Always a pleasure

I stand near the bed and look at you with your face covered in Beth's orgasm. I start to strip. I watch your eyes looking at me, watching me take my clothes off. First my shirt then my pants. I am not wearing any underwear. My cock is semi erect and bounces as I remove the rest of my clothes.
"Beth to your knees."
Beth immediately crawls to the floor and gets within inches of my cock. Her hands are at her side and she is looking from my cock to my eyes and back again. She isn’t squirming or wi…
